This page is focused on holistic wellness, with a bit of creativity infused. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Alabama & Georgia and have been in the mental health field for over 12 years.

Throughout my career, I have seen the benefits of how important the connection is between the mind and body, specifically how we take care of ourselves and process our emotional baggage (whether it is healthy or unhealthy).

My goal here is to help support you in living a healthier, more holistic lifestyle by incorporating essential oils and healthy habits into your life. I've focused my entire life on helping others and see this as an additional avenue of helping people that I'm extremely passionate about.

As a side hobby, I have been repurposing and refinishing furniture for years and even started building some!
